How long does a custom stationery suite take to complete. How about a custom card? 

Since each custom project is so different from the last one, timing varies depending on what the desired end-product , Some projects have taken much longer, so contact Anastasia Marie as soon as possible to talk about your request. Shipping and delivery time is not included in this time frame.

Do you offer sample packets of stationery?

Yes! Let us know if you’re looking for a wedding sample pack or a business sample pack, and we’ll send one to you for $5 each.

What type of printing methods do you offer?

Anastasia Marie mainly offers digital, offset, and letterpress printing. Other printing methods may be available as well. Please inquire for more details.

How long does an average project take to print?

If printing digital or offset, roughly two weeks. If printing letterpress, then roughly three weeks. Please keep in mind that extra time will be needed after printing for assembly, if your project requires it.

Do you design custom stationery and cards for folks that don’t live in your area?

I do accept long-distance clients and am up for traveling if necessary. Long-distance orders are typically managed by phone, skype, email and/or snail mail. If you don’t live in the United States, please let Anastasia Marie know.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, I accept PayPal payments and credit/debit card payments via PayPal. Cash and checks are welcome too.

Do you charge sales tax?

Anastasia Marie only charges sales tax for folks that live in the state of Washington.

If I bring pictures of stationery sets that I like, can you copy them for me?

I cannot and will not do that due to the original designers’ copyright and my respect towards them. We may use any images for inspirational purposes only.

What’s your return policy on custom orders?

There are no returns on printed stationery. Stationery ordered from the Anastasia Marie Collection may be cancelled only before the printing process is begun. There is a small cancellation fee that is deducted from your refund. Custom cards and custom stationery cannot be returned.
